Unlike the preconceived idea that hypnotherapy is โ€˜mind controlโ€™, it can be a very powerful tool, to help to change a person’s outlook on life and so help them to move forward and manage their challenges in a more positive way.
Hypnotherapy along with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help a person overcome challenges and become more confident.

Hypnotherapy is a state of relaxation that the client goes into, to enable the therapist to make suggestions to your subconscious mind, for the client to make the changes needed for them to achieve their particular goal.
Anne specialises in: Anxiety, Confidence, Self-esteem, Stress, Phobias, and Weight Management.
All of her sessions are bespoke and can include NLP techniques and Life-coaching, depending on clientsโ€™ needs.
